Schließlich bat Loretta Hunt ihn noch um eine Vorhersage des Fedor-Arlovski Kampfes. "Ich halte es für einen Fehler, dass Arlovski so viel Zeit mit Boxen verbracht hat", so Barnett. Die Haltung, der Clinch, der Abstand, der Rhytmus, alles sei anders beim Striking im MMA. Barnett weiter, "falls Arlovski jedoch seine Beinarbeit nutzen kann, sich viel bewegt und defensiv kämpft, so kann er vielleicht seine Hände benutzen und Fedor auf Distanz halten. Aber erstens glaube ich nicht, dass er eine ausreichend gute Beinarbeit hat. Zweitens ist er kein besonders cleverer Kämpfer, sondern geht eher aggressiv vorwärts. Was am Ende passieren wird ist, dass Arlovski boxt und Fedor ihn zu Boden bringt, im Clinch oder mit einem Schlag. Arlovski ist schlagkräftig und hat die Chance einen lucky punch zu landen, aber Fedor ist eine ziemlich sichere Wette."
